ORDERS

Your order will arrive via Royal Mail or Courier depending on the items sent.

We aim to send orders within 48 hours Monday to Friday, please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch notice to delivery, international times differ.

 

If you have ordered a fine art print these are printed on demand and have a delivery aim of 7-10 working days.

Most A4 and A3 prints are packed flat in cardboard backed envelopes, larger prints are rolled and sent in tubes, framed work is bubble wrapped and carefully boxed. 

If there is a hold up at the studio due to stock level or life events we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you have a safe place you prefer for delivery please let us know in advance.

USA/Canada: 8-15 business days - from £4.95

Europe: 7-10 business days - from £4.95 

Australia + New Zealand: 10-20 business days - from £5.95

International postage costs vary depending on items purchased, we keep postage costs as low as we can without going out of business!

Times are guides only, postage can take longer than expected + international post can get delayed at customs, please factor this in when ordering.

PRINT
CARE

Most of our prints are sent flat in a sturdy card backed envelope, if you have ordered a larger print this will be rolled and sent in a poster tube.

 

It is normal for prints that have been rolled to need time to unfurl, these will fully flatten when framed, handling tips will be included with every purchase, don't worry it's easy!

 

Our giclee fine art prints are printed on thick archival paper and need careful handling to avoid dirt or oil transfer from fingers, we include soft white handling gloves for you to use - just like in a gallery or museum!

We recommend framing your print as soon as you can, there are many over the counter frames to choose from; alternatively try your local framers who can help make the most of your new artwork keeping it safe for years to come.

RETURNS

 

We hope you love your purchase but sometimes things go wrong, if you have concerns or if your order arrives damaged let us know so we can remedy.

Delivery and return costs are only refundable where goods are damaged or faulty.
