ORDERS

FREE UK POSTAGE -  your order will arrive via Royal Mail or Courier depending on the items sent.

We aim to get most orders to the post office within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. 

 

If you have ordered a Limited edition print these are printed on demand and have a delivery aim of 7-10 working days, you will be notified of dispatch.

 

If for unforeseen circumstances we are unable to process your order in a suitable time frame we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

If you have not received your items within the expected time please contact us here.

DELIVERY

Postage is via Royal Mail standard economy unless arranged otherwise.

Estimated shipping times:

United Kingdom: 2-3 business days

Europe: 5-7 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-20 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them.  If you need tracked or expedited delivery please contact us first so we can price for you.

 

A4 and A3 prints are normally packed flat in cardboard backed envelopes, larger prints are sent in tubes.  Framed work is bubble wrapped, boxed and couriered directly, we will confirm the courier price prior to confirming your order.  If you have a safe place you prefer for courier delivery please let us know in advance.


 

PRINTS

How will my print arrive?

A4 + A3 sized prints are sent out flat in a sturdy card backed envelope, if you have ordered a larger print this will be sent out in a poster tube.

 

It is normal for prints that have been rolled in a tube to need time to unfurl, these will fully flatten when framed.

 

Our limited edition prints are printed on thick archival paper and need careful handling as they can be easily marked, we include soft white

handling gloves you can use to keep your prints safe from dirt + oil transfer from hands.

RETURNS

 

 

We hope you love your purchase but if you have received your order & are unhappy in any way please talk to us directly!

 

If your order arrives damaged then let us know immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

 

Please contact us within 3 working days of any of these events.
